Galloway Distillery is an independent craft distillery founded in 2020 in Newton Stewart, Dumfries & Galloway, reviving a long-dormant distilling tradition in South West Scotland. Producing small-batch single malt Scotch whisky using locally grown barley and water from the Galloway hills, alongside a range of gin expressions inspired by the botanicals of the wild Galloway landscape, the distillery is building a strong reputation for quality and regional provenance.
