My venue isn't listed — how do I get added?
Create a free account and visit the claim page. If we don't have your venue, use the 'My venue isn't listed' option and we'll add it manually, usually within a business day.
How long does claim approval take?
We aim to approve claims within 24 hours. You'll receive an email as soon as it's done.
Can multiple people manage one venue?
Yes — once your claim is approved, contact us to add additional team members to your venue.
Are my drinks already listed?
We may already have some of your products listed, sourced from publicly available data. Automated imports aren't perfect — styles, names, or product types can come through incorrectly. Claim your page to review everything, remove anything that shouldn't be there, and make sure your listing represents you accurately.
Can you scrape my shop automatically?
Once you've claimed your page, yes — if your shop runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Ecwid, Wix, or Square Online we can import your products. Other platforms can be added on request. We always recommend reviewing imported products before they go live.
I've added new products — how do I get them on BrewWho?
From your edit page, use the 'Rescan products' button to pull in the latest products from your shop. It detects new listings, updates availability, and adds any missing buy links. You can run it once per hour. If you've also updated your description, images, or social links, the 'Re-enrich profile' button will pick those up too.
