Bolney Wine Estate is one of Sussex's most celebrated and established vineyards, founded in 1972 and now spanning 39 acres of south-facing clay over sandstone near Haywards Heath. Run by the Dodd family, the estate produces an acclaimed portfolio of still and sparkling wines from Bacchus, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and other varieties, including the award-winning Blanc de Blancs and Pinot Gris, with a thriving visitor centre, restaurant and winery tours.
