About
Bosue Vineyard is a family-run vineyard and winery near St Ewe on the south Cornwall coast, owned and managed by Paul and Liz Sibley. First planted in 1999 on a south-facing slope close to the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the vineyard grows Solaris, Phoenix, Orion and Johanniter for its aromatic whites and Rondo and Regent for rosé, with all wine made and bottled on-site using minimal energy techniques including a hand-operated crusher and water-pressure Hydropress.
