About

Coates & Seely was founded in 2008 by Nicholas Coates and Christian Seely, who identified a secluded chalk valley near Whitchurch, Hampshire as an ideal site for world-class sparkling wine. The estate's 24 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are vinified under the Methode Britannique label, producing award-winning wines listed at the 3-Michelin-star George V in Paris and in royal palaces worldwide — including multiple Best Sparkling Wine and Blanc de Blancs trophies at the UK Wine Awards.
