About
Daws Hill Vineyard is a small family-run estate set in a remote and beautiful fold of the Chiltern Hills near Radnage, planted in 2004 by Nigel Morgan and now run by his daughter Holly. Growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Auxerrois entirely by hand, Holly vinifies in small batches in the converted stables and ages every bottle for a minimum of three to four years before release — producing sparkling wines with genuine depth and a strong sense of the Chiltern terroir.
