Domaine Evremond is a landmark English sparkling wine estate near Chilham in Kent, representing the first time a Grande Marque Champagne house — Taittinger — has planted vines in England with the ambition of producing a premium sparkling wine. Founded in 2015 as a joint venture between Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger and Patrick McGrath MW of Hatch Mansfield, the 250-acre estate on south-facing chalk slopes released its first Classic Cuvee in spring 2025 — a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier aged over three years on the lees.
