2019 sparkling – A fine cider made by the Traditional Method of fermentation and long maturation in the bottle, producing a profusion of fine bubbles and a clear, bright golden colour. Made from carefully selected West Country cider apples to give a generous flavour with a good balance of tannin and acidity. Serve lightly chilled.
