About
Artistraw is a Herefordshire cidery founded by Tom and Lydia, who hand-pick apples from biodiverse ancient orchards and ferment the juice using only naturally occurring wild yeasts. Every batch is small, unfiltered and genuinely seasonal, capturing the terroir of the orchard with no added sugar or artificial yeasts.
