About
Cooper King Distillery is an award-winning independent craft distillery near York, founded in 2018 by Chris and Abbie Jaume with sustainability at its core. The distillery produces a range of small-batch gins — including the flagship Herb Gin and Dry Gin — alongside a Yorkshire single malt whisky currently maturing, and became the UK's first certified carbon-negative distillery in 2022.
